If this worked which it doesn’t. It’s the worst set or directions I have ever seen. If it worked you would have to put three extra large electrical boxes in for all the wires. It doesn’t work. When I called for a technician, he was way to smart to talk to me. It’s very obvious why people stick with baseboard.

Called trying to get information on how to return the thermostat I ordered. We did attempt to install but I think there is an issue with the floor heater. Was told I could not get a refund. Product was brand new only installed for basically 10 minutes. Will not buy your product ever again.

John, Per our conversation, you explicitly said you were having trouble with your existing system believing it was a thermostat issue, and purchased a thermostat from us to replace your old one. You said after installing the replacement, it did not fix the issue so you believe there is a problem in the floor. Since the problem is not with the thermostat, and the thermostat has been installed, we can not take it back for a return. Our return policy does clearly state the item needs to be in brand new condition to be returned.

I installed the product by an electrician with lots of experience with WarmYourFloor. Everything checks out and yet I get no heat. Huge disappointment and waste of money!

When we last spoke with you regarding this defective unit we had referred you to the manufacturer to get a case number so we could replace it. Give us a call with the case number and we'll take care of this immediately.

GFIC tripped repeatedly. Thermostat was said to be at end of life. So bought a replacement. Installed that and the new one tripped out. Unwired one of the two mats connected in the circuit and now it no longer trips. However, the temperature sensor is not near the mat that is apparently okay, so it keeps heating the floor trying to reach the set point. Bottom line, this system is shot and to fix it I’ll have to tear up the tile floor after just five years without knowing why it went bad. Very unhappy.

Customer service was helpful until we needed something and then ... not so much! Our contractor had difficulty getting the mats and thermostats to function properly without tripping the electricity. WYF rep was NO help and gave the following solution “you will need to call someone else I can’t help you?” We won’t be returning customers.
