They only sent instructions in Spanish and when I emailed for English instructions nobody got back to me.

I am a DIY'r so I was relying on your staff for professional advice, specifically on the proper amount of material to order. Unfortunately, the recommendations and the resulting order were incorrect and added unneeded headaches and numerous runs to the store.

It's not cold but the temperature of the thermostat does not reflect the temperature of the floor. The floor is not barely warm. What can we do to increase the warmth. We even have tried upping the temperature but it still doe not increase the warmth. The thermostat shows it is heating but the floor does not reflect it. We have had this Warm Your Floor for several years and it worked perfect. We changed the thermostat and not pleased.

There were installation instructions included with the product but no operating instructions. I will install the thermostat but I don't know how to operate it.

Cost was too high. Not competitive pricing. National Floor in my area has same kit $125 less.

The good - I was able to talk to a live representative who was pleasant and knowledgeable. The bad - the product. I was surprised that my original 4ie thermostat only lasted 3 years and, as the representative informed me, only has a 3-5 year lifespan. Furthermore, when I received my new 6ie thermostat, I discovered that it has a vertical interface, not horizontal. Why would you design a replacement thermostat that has a different orientation? I had no choice but to cut a hole in the wall of my new kitchen and remount the junction box. This was a major inconvenience and worse for others who are not handy. Replacements should have been issued at no charge or a substantial discount. As someone who has worked in manufacturing management, I understand the importance of a quality product, customer satisfaction and customer retention. WarmYourFloors has fallen short in this area.

Need to use a better shipping method. I ordered on the 22nd of February and we are still waiting for our thermostat to arrive. Last I checked it’s still sitting in California what’s not mover in a full week.

I called prior to purchasing the thermostat and was told it would be compatible with the thermostat we were replacing. To date our floors are not getting warm and when the thermostat I purchased from you reaches the maximum temperature it automatically resets to a lower temperature not keeping the floors warm. I really hate this thermostat.

Hi Patrick - You are absolutely right, it definitely was a little premature. We are sorry about that. Our system used to be on par with the normal shipping times with UPS and USPS, but timeframes changed with the influx of packages being shipped throughout the country. I received a thermostat from Warm Your Floor to replace a thermostat that had failed. I connected the new thermostat. I'm handy, so it was no big deal. The new thermostat works electrically, but the touchscreen user interface is bad. The touch screen is not aligned, so when I touch the screen it activates a button that was not intended, or does not work at all. I have to figure out where to touch the screen to activate an icon that is in an entirely different portion of the screen. Poor quality.

An electrician said I needed a new thermostat, so I ordered this one. Put it on and still nothing. I tried to return but was told because it was out of the box I could not. I am simply trying to troubleshoot my floor and am very disappointment that a perfectly packaged product could not be returned.

Ordered thermostat on 11/13 and still have not received u would think a week for a in state delivery would be enough time did not get a ship date so do not know who is the problem
