“I am not able to get a network connection to work. I have a strong WiFi signal and the password is correct. I got the connection to work once, registered but never got the activation email in my account. Not impressed.”

“Paid for next day shipping. Items were not even shipped 48 hours after the order was placed. Yes, it was shipped “next day” but was not received when the shipping calculator guaranteed. Disappointed”

“Had the mats put down and did not feel any real warmth. Rolled the mats up and there was heat. NO WHERE in the instructions does it mention that rolling up the mats and turning them on could damage them!! I found this out through a representative. She said that they are radiant and sense when the floor is there. So now I won't really know until the floor is actually down. The resistance measures OK”

“Thermostat broke and after submitting pictures of broken thermostat they said they need to get the broken one back before a replacement could be issued. I said just a charge us for a new one and we we’ll send the old one back for credit next week, because our client is waiting and we need to get there house up to temp! After I gave them a new CC number, they said they would ship it out the following day. After 5 days I reached back out to see where the thermostat was at and when it was coming?! They said something happen and it was never shipped, and they need my CC# again?! Wow, final the new thermostat arrived a day later. Still TBD on the credit for the old.”

“I had to send back. I was not given the proper information when I purchased it. I later found out you cannot put it under a laminate tile as there are no manufactures that will warranty there laminate.”

Hi Mike, Thank you for the review, we appreciate your input. We're sorry the type of floor being used wasn't compatible with radiant floor heat underneath. We carry multiple brands of product that can be used under many types of floors. However, certain types of floors simply aren't designed to work with a radiant floor heating system unfortunately.

“the first replacement thermostat broke within a year. Yes it was under warranty but I didn't wish to go through the hoops necessary to have it fixed or replaced so I spent another $200 and now hope the new one continues to work.”
