“Contractors installed it and didn't mention having any difficulty. All I know is my tootsies couldn't be happier as the bathroom is above an unisulated garage that in the past has always made the bathroom floor cold.”

“Ordered a custom nu heat floor mat on a friday had mat that was customized size the following friday and therostat was delivered monday after Friday order amazing service really wish the rest of the construction industry would be this good”

“Great customer service. The suggestion of different primer that was specificaly suited for peel and stick membrane was ideal, in stock and less money compared to the univeral "U" primer I originally ordered. All items delivered in great shape with only 1 day delay due to UPS and snowstoprms occuring in teh middle of the USA right after new years 2025. Excellent packaging and p[rotection of the products. Iwas a bit nervousde as the quart of primer was frozen but once thawed amnd warmed at room temperature it worked just fine. It was triple protected with tap on the cap and sealed inside 2 USPS if it sfits is ships plastic envelopes to manage any potential leaks! Super impressed. Iordered materials New Years day and had conversations on the phone January 2nd regarding primer.”
