“Original controller went out. Purchased a replacement had start up questions. Your technical staff, just a phone call away was amazing. Walked me through the procedure and unit connected immediately. Can't say enough. You and your staff are fantastic.”

“The infloor heat in our primary bath was giving us problems, so we thought a simple replacement would resolve the problem. Unfortunately our thermostat was no longer available. Your website guided us to a suitable replacement and with the easy to follow directions we replaced it with the new thermostat. It is nice to have a warm floor getting out of thed shower on those cold winter mornings.”

“The underfloor heating mats worked great. Have them on a timer so floor in den and bathroom is warm when we get up in the morning. So nice having coffee and my feer are nice and warm”

“Our controller/thermostat died and we didn't know where to get a replacement. We found that you carried one and that it was easy to install. I was able to install it in 15 minutes and it works perfectly!!! Ordering it was easy and the shipment was very quick. Since we are experiencing colder temeratures, getting our bathroom floor operational again was VERY welcome!!”
