“I called customer support to figure out what was wrong with my system that was not working. They quickly diagnosed the problem and four days I had a replacement in the mail and now I have a very happy wife. No cold feet at 2am.”

“One cable & one mat DIY bath remodels with WarmYourFloor were easy to do with good instructions & beautiful results. The 1st was 10 years ago & the thermostat popped up a message saying it’s useful GFCI life was over. My call to order a replacement was quick & easy & the thermostat arrived in a few days. Again, good instructions made disconnecting the old & installing the new unit simple. Good products & people.”
