“Matthew Brown reviewed the detailed floor plan that I sent and gave me an estimate of the supplies needed to install the heated coils beneath my tile. I sent more questions before I ordered and he answered them promptly. My installer had no trouble following the directions or installing the floor. It's perfect.”

“I ordered two of the thermostats for my master bathroom floor, they arrived within two days after I ordered them. Thermostats were well packaged and sustained no damage during shipping. I will definitely order from warm floor again when necessary. Pricing was the same or better than other vendors. Very happy with the transaction.”

“Works great, just like it is supposed to work. Easy to set the schedule as it is very intuitive. The menu is easy to follow and understand. Works well with my phone so I can alter the temperature while miles away as long as I have internet service. Looks nice on the wall. Easy to read compared to some of the ones with white backgrounds and not distinct digits (they are trying to have that “clean” look, but it is at the cost of easy viewing, at least for me). Thus, I really appreciate the screen on this one.”

“Prompt, responsive and helpful customer service! I needed to replace an older floor warmer control unit. I called customer service to assess compatibity with our older unit. The call was answered almost immediately, and the representative was extremely knowlegable and helpful in getting me lined up with a newer compatable control unit. I was very impressed in this day and age when most businesses will do anything to avoid talking to customers that I received an answer to my call almost immediately, and the person I was speaking to could actually answer my question. I went ahead and ordered the recommended unit, had an electrician install it, and it worked like a charm.”
