“My current heated floor began to loose heat & it got down to 59 degrees. My contractor ghosted me so I went on line & sent a note out asking for help. Kelsey White answered my plea & she helped me order a new thermostat, gave instruction on installation & even how to program it. What a great customer service person! I highly recommend this product for cost, but most of all it`s super customer service!”
