“Person that helped me looked up my purchase from about 6 years ago. She figured out which controller I needed (our died). The one we had was discontinued and she placed an order for me for the newer model. It is installed and works perfectly.”

“Their website material take-off is in error for what is actually needed for my job. the website has you order more cable than what is needed. When the cable went down, I had way too much. They refused to return the cable I could't used. I got jammed for almost $400 through no fault of my own. It's still upsetting to me.”

We would like to clarify that Warm Your Floor does not offer an automatic material take-off calculator on our website. We do offer a free quote request service where one of our specialists review drawings or plans to ensure the correct system and size is selected, though that service was not utilized for this project. When you contacted us we provided guidance based on the heated area discussed over the phone, and explained how your original cable could be installed using alternate spacing to reduce the coverage area and still be slightly under the heated area you described. When the original cable still did not meet your project's needs, we provided a substantial discount on a smaller replacement cable to help minimize the additional expense. Unfortunately, once a heating cable has been opened and the factory seal has been broken, our policies prohibit returns because the product can no longer be resold. We understand your frustration and regret that the final solution did not meet your expectations. “I ordered this after a pre-purchase call with WarmYourFloor, the technical support person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering was easy and the thermostat arrived on time and was very easy to replace. There were also very helpful videos to guide the installation.”

“Easy to install, great in the winter. Warms not only the floor but the room has a warm feeling to it. All is working perfectly after 3 winter's and I will install the 2nd in our guest bathroom.”

“very pleased with the product, service and delivery. The only downside was that there seemed to be a hacker that wanted me to send my credit card info. Of course I did not but it was a bit problematic.”

“I needed a replacement thermostat for my NuHeat heated floor, and Warm My Floors had a reasonably priced unit. They called shortly after my order was placed, to confirm the shipping address, and shipped the unit out ASAP. A very good experience all around.”

“I ordered my NuHeat replacement thermostat to replace one that was not functioning correctly. I ordered through WarmYourFloor in case I needed the free techinical support. I received the order as fast as if I would have ordered through Amazon but did not need the tech supoort. Everything worked fine and I was able to get the floor warming again. I would use these guys again”

“Did not really receive what I ordered. I ordered a Manuel thermostat and received a digital thermostat. Which was as it turned out much better than what I ordered. A great upgrade much more than I expected thank you very very very much. 👍🏻👍🏻”

“We have had the warm floors for about 13-14 years. They work great and are wonderful those cold winter mornings, when they work! We are on thermostat #3 in our master bathroom. Our installer (Tile guy) replaced the first one and this time we did. Hoping the new thermostats are more reliable.”

“Hello. My name is David Snyder. I purchased all of the materials needed for me to have a heated floor installed under LVP in my downstairs room. All of the prices for everything that I purchased were great, but I would like to reserve my greatest praise for the associate that helped me (and continues to help me during the installation process). His name is Matthew Brown. Not only did Matthew make a list of everything that I would need for my project, Matthew has answered every technical question that I have thrown at him in a way that has made it easy for me to make decisions about my flooring installation. I am currently in the process of installing the heating cables, but with all of Matthew's answers to my questions this will be an easy process. I can't say enough good things about all of the assistance that he has given me. Thank you for everything!”
