“I installed between-the-joists warming rolls under the central third of my family room floor. In the winter, this room was always the coldest in the house, typically by 5 or 6 degrees. After installation the room is now only about 2 degrees colder - not apprecialble enough to really notice, so this system worked to my satisfaction. Installation was straightforward but not easy as access to the area under the floor was constrained - but I was able to do all of the work myself so the only expense was the product itself.”

“I originally had the thermostat set on the floor and I couildn't get it to work? After setting it on the air setting everything seemed to work OK. It's been on for a couple of days. I'll keep checking it. Frank Capilla”

Hi Peter, Thanks for the review! We tried giving you a call, but wanted to reach out here as well! The sensor wires come inside the thermostat box for the system on your order, so once you open the thermostat box and take out the thermostat it will be sitting under the thermostat in that packaging.
