It would have been nice to know that I HAVE to set up an account with Microsoft to use the product I had purchased. So far, that isn't going well. If I had known this was the process I would not have purchased a WiFi thermostat. I am very disappointed in the process. I paid a substantial difference in price for this one and setting it up through a third party is proving problematic. I like to exchange this model for the one without WiFi. Please advise.
