Great company to purchase from. I’ve purchased 4 separate systems from them and installed them in both in floor and below floor. We live in Rochester NY. Heat goes on in Oct and off in May. Heated floors make such an incredible positive to a couple that yes I’ll admit are starting to age just a bit. Warm floors, we totally enjoy ours! Great product, great delivery, and great service..... no complaints!
