We have had heated floors for about 8 years and one of the the thermostats failed. We were able to order a replacement and it shipped out quickly. We are very pleased with our floors and the customer service from Warm Floors. (Since I could track the package through USPS I could tell it was shipped promptly but was not delivered for a number of days possibly due to weather)
