I had a good experience, you were simple and straightforward to work with even though my order was confusingly paid with the company I ordered from (WarmUp) and transferred to WarmYourFloor without warning and I needed to reassure myself it was legitimate business by going back to WarmUp and confirming that I was not paying twice for my purchase of WarmUp’s floor. In other words, despite my confusion during the purchasing process things went smoothly and I am happy with WarmYourFloor. Thank you for your kindness there.
