With winter approaching and our bathroom floor heat not working I was concerned about the repair. Our local "craftsmen" tend to go for the big solution, like tearing up the marble floor and replacing the entire system. After reading that the mesh lasts 15-20 years and controllers last 2-5 years, I decided to try replacing the controller myself. It took about 20 minutes and has been working perfectly, a real DIY success story.
