I had a really enjoyable experience with this company. I needed a floor heating thermostat quickly to replace a broken one, and I contacted them about it by phone to see if it was in stock. The customer service person was very helpful and friendly. She found that it was in stock, took my order over the phone, and had it shipped out that day. It arrived in a few days and was priced less than other online sellers. I'd buy from them again anytime!
