Great service over the phone. Very prompt delivery. The product is now installed and working. The only suggestion would be to have available an adapter plate/cover for this replacement for the nHeat Harmony model. I got one from PMC Sales in Arvada, CO (303) 771-7463 for $35. This adapter/cover plate is made onsite at the shop.
