Great experience. My 16-year-old thermostat was not working properly. Lynda, the customer care rep, explained why they eventually need to be replaced and explained my choices for a replacement.
She then provides clear installation instructions for a do it your-selfer. She told me what a good price would be for the new thermostat. I went online and ordered a new one. When it arrived I had a question that I sent to Lynda who replied immediately. The installation was complete in 15 minutes and the thermostat worked as advertised. Very happy.
