From online ordering to delivery, this was an exceptional experience. This replacement SunTouch thermostat was in stock, promptly shipped, easily trackable and arrived within 3 business days - a week sooner than any of the local hardware stores could deliver. The unit would have been more easily installed, had our original installer left us more room and longer wires. My husband made it work! We are happy to have the floor heated again! Highly recommend Warm Your Floor based on this experience!
