It has been a few years since any issues and I ordered a new thermostat that was promptly delivered however after installing it the floor still did not heat. I called tech support who was EXTREMELY helpful but the floor still isn’t working.. I am going to purchase a electronic device to test the wires then call tech support back. As a retired customer service manager from a corporate fortune 40 company I will say the customer service and follow up is superior. Excellent company to do business with.
