Installed under a porcelain floor in a powder room that has 2 exterior walls. In the past the winters have been very cold. Now both the floor temperature and air temperature are very comfortable - floor at 84 and the air temperature is typically around 70-72 degrees. This is my second time using Warmup and I am a very satisfied customer.
