Our 6 yr old thermostat quit one day, cold. I emailed WarmYourFloor and Michael helped me with a replacement. All I had to do was plug it in and our floor was warm again. I got a followup email from Kelsey a few days later. What a wonderful experience. My warm feet and my cats thank you. We love our warm floor.
