I've never had heated floors before, and our contractor just sent us a link, so I really didn't know what I was buying. I bought way too many smaller units, and your customer service put a hold on the order, and took the time to phone me and talk me through what I would actually need. It was less expensive overall and I really appreciated her stepping in to help!
