Materials were received quickly, and well packaged. When I reached out to support due to some confusion in the manufacturer package information contradicting manufacturer online information, they called me back the following morning, quickly investigated and sent along a sensor that was not enclosed with the thermostat due to a change in manufacturer packaging change. I could not be more surprised, service of that caliber is seriously lacking in most companies.
