We have Nuheat heat mat under our tile floor in the kitchen. Unfortunately the thermostat stopped working (it was 19 years old). So after searching the internet I found warmyourfloor website, with a phone number to call with questions (yeah). I called and talked with very helpful service representative who told me which thermostat I needed and then she helped place the order for me. Very much appreciated. We now have our warm floor again. Yeah!
