I asked for advice on replacing my control unit/thermostat for my existing heated floor and they gave me good advise about the repacement unit. They sent out my new unit quickly, it arrived in very good shape and was a perfect plug and play situation. And it works as it should at an affordable price. Couldn't ask for better.
