I had purchased a SunTouch SunStat Command Programmable Thermostat model 500850 to replace my 14 year old Suntouch thermostat. My original thermostat was no longer available but choosing the recommended model as a replcement and then installing this new thermostat fixed my no floor heat problem. The model 500850 was an excellent choice and upgrade.
