I bought my house a couple years ago and recently the heated floor in the primary bathroom was staying cold. When I looked at the control panel, it as flashing "end of life" YIKES! I thought I was going to have to tear up the floor... I called WarmYourFloors and the wonderful customer service agent informed me that it was only the control panel and since we had no idea how old it was, it would be best to replace it. Ordered, delivered, installed, warm floors again!! Toes are very happy!
