I ordered 3 Schluter Kerdi bath remodel items via Amazon, swayed by their promise that I would receive them the next day. The morning they were promised, I received an email saying that shipment was delayed for several days, and even longer for the one item that I needed first, the waterproof membrane, which I STILL haven't received, tho' my bathroom is nearly finished! In a panic, I searched online for a possible distributer close by that I could, maybe, drive to to pick it up. WYF was one of them, and I called for info, and was delighted to speak with an actual person. My contractor had enough of the membrane for my shower, but I had ordered (from Amazon) a center hole drain, when I should have ordered an off-center. I ordered one from WYF and it came the next day! I told my contractor to no longer recommend Amazon, as WYF has much the same prices, but is far more reliable in shipping! You rock!
