Both products and customer service for this company are top notch! We originally had parts missing in our shipment due to our package being damaged in shipping (huge hole in box and items were lost). With a quick message to customer service, followed up by a quick phone call, our issue was resolved and missing parts were on the way! Plus, our heating element was easy to install and the kit was exactly what we needed. Cannot wait to start enjoying our new WARM bathroom floor!
