My 10-year old thermostat stopped working and the replacement I ordered arrived promptly and was very easy for me to install (two wires from the main breaker, two from the floor heating unit and two from the floor sensor. It took all of 15 minutes. A special small screwdriver to connect the tiny floor sensor wires was even included. Excellent experience all around.
