I’m a contractor in Chicago and get all my heated floor from this company. I always get a good customer service. Once there was a defect product, since we noticed that after the tile was installed, I called them for help. It was unbelievable great experience with their customer service, they walk me step by step. I had to rent some equipment to figure out where the issue was. They asked me to send them the defected part and once they got them, I got back all money that I spent on rental equipment and repair kit.
