Our heated bathroom floor was no longer heating. It was suggested by NuHeat that it was more likely the controller than the element under the tile. I ordered a new controller from Warm Your Floor. The process was easy and I had the controller in a couple of days - exactly when promised! However, the electrician determined that it was indeed the element and the way that it was wired and installed under the tile. A new controller wouldn't help in our case. Very disappointed! I will have to return the controller. However, my overall experience was excellent!
