My thermostat for heated floor failed. The rep at Warm Your Floor helped me troubleshoot and quickly id that at new thermostat was needed and pointed me to the online store. Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was fast. And replacement straightforward. The new unit was much more intuitive to setup. All in all it couldn't have been a better experience.
