I'm a tile and flooring contractor and I install a bunch of these systems. I've tried other brands and styles but I always prefer the Warm Wire. Ease of installation and reliability are what drives my choices here. I've never had a problem with these systems, I find them so easy to install, and have had many happy customers over the years. Customer service has been excellent, the few times I've needed to call. Overall, I highly recommend Warm Wire.
