The customer service rep/sales person I dealt with - Bryan Miranda, was spectacular. He had given me clear information on the various replacement thermostats for my system and after the ordered device arrived, he walked me thru the installation AND a fix after an accidental short in the J box due to a wire /sheathing contact. No one could have done more to assist me in my dealings with WarmYourFloor.
