Response was excellent. confirmed the appropriate controller. Was sent very timely. Unfortunately, with the help from an electrician friend, we determined that the sensor in our 2004 floor was not making contact with the controller. In other words, no longer sensing. Therefore, we are going to attempt to remove a tile and somehow feed the the sensor wire etc. that came with the control we bought from your company down inside the wall and to the tile area. Dont have a lot of hope that this will work, but certainly do not want to tear up the bathroom floor.
