On the arrival at Studley Castel Hotel on Monday26th October
we went to room No50 the room looked ok it was not until Tuesday i had a shower only to find the grout was dirty plus cobwebs around door frame and then cobwebs on light over the dressing table light, this was reported later my lady dropped
her lipstick so i looked under the bed only to be shocked to find a news paper dated August.
I thought these rooms were deep cleaned this does seem the case we both came home covid 19/holiday ref12147928
