Entertainment was great,Gavin Elllis, very talented,made me laugh,Garden room well equiped but could do with a repaint.
On the whole food was very good , only probs. cod and chips, cod was awfull,and breakfast sausage could do with a better quality.
My main problem was getting in touch with your customer services, terrible service and very very long wait too speak to a human, you must be aware how bad this service is, has put me off coming back again.
