Worst break in the ten years of going to Warner's. Lack of staff, luke-warm, under cooked food, no alternative entertainment to the main show, no tea available after 10pm...we don't all drink alcohol! Told on numerous occasions 'table-service' only...but no-one came to take orders! Only one bar open after 9.40 on Sunday evening (19/06/22)
Some of the things we experienced, were like an episode of Fawlty Towers! We even had a rat outside our garden Room! (Basil!)
Am hoping Cricket St. Thomas is not a sign of things to come!
