My husband wanted to celebrate his 80th birthday in Bembridge because of the indoor bowling facilities available. The holiday was a family gift. He was not allowed to play in the bowling hall not even once as it was taken over by bowling clubs from Essex.
Why weren’t we told this when booking? If it was mentioned on line when we booked we would have avoided that week.
Such a disappointing birthday.
The situation was reported at reception and they stated that this needed looking into. So Warners Leisure will you address this misleading information?
