Just got back from Littlecote, standards have dropped, two thirds of tables in theatre were reserved, the break was expensive without having to pay extra to get a seat with a reasonable view!
Everything was geared around money, charged for extra activities, don’t clean rooms on first day, cut back on complimentary snacks.
Been going for 20 years, most disappointed with standards
