The day after another person from Carzam called me to enquire about my satisfaction about the purchase and finally he gave me the right contact details. After that I never had problems. I always spoke with the same person, he replied pretty quickly, sometimes he actively called me to inform me about the steps to do and in few days we sorted all the issues of the car. So I can say that I have been satisfied about how this thing has been managed and sorted.
