Would give 0 stars if I could. The company have tried to tell me there are labour limitations for cost and time, however it is no where on their policy wording and customer service also confirmed it doesn't state it, but 'that's what it is'. If it is not worded on a contract, the limitation does not exist.
In the process of taking to financial ombudsman as they have broken their contractual agreement and advise anyone else who has the same issue to do the same.
