The total cost of repair is £1,384. Warranties 2000 are only offering to pay £755 (less than cost of warranty). Why? 1. "Diagnostics" not covered. See T&Cs. 2. They are refusing to pay for other charges that are integral to the repair such as gearbox oil change, screws, plates, etc. Won't explain why and are asking me to appeal if I'm not happy. 3. Labour only covered up to 75ph. Don't use this company under any circumstances.
