Bought a policy for Warranties 2000
Needed to replace a leaking condenser for the AC.I contacted the company and was advised to get a quote from Halfords using their 4 digit code.
Two weeks of me going backwards and forwards to Halfords and Warranties 2000 I was advised that my policy doesn’t cover the work all of this in heatwave.The last person I spoke to was MIA who was so unhelpful she referred me back to the T&C .They absolutely wasted my time for two weeks terrible company and customer service is non existent don’t waste your money or time.
