Please DO NOT take out a warranty with this company - they are a scam! They will use every loophole to get out of paying - see other reviews. I was mis-sold the policy when I bought the car believing that parts would be covered (I know nothing about cars or car parts but was re-assured never the less). I simply cannot afford £500 in the current climate. For the other reviewers, all I can suggest is that you contact the Financial Services Authority, Financial Conduct Authority, Financial Ombudsman as it will cost Warranty Wise £500 for each case submitted. I am also writing to Quentin Wilson directly and I have opened my case with Resolver and will escalate this week. Here are the two declines that I have received: I regret to inform you that on this occasion your repair has been declined. Your repairer wishes to replace the following part(s) on your vehicle: 1) Oil Cooler 2) Oil filter housing seal Unfortunately the part(s) are not listed or covered on the level of cover you currently hold and therefore we cannot consider this request. Please refer to your plan booklet for full terms and conditions. I am sorry this is not the outcome you expected. If you have any questions or any new information you wish to be considered please email repairs@warrantywise.co.uk within 30 days of the above date. I regret to inform you that on this occasion your repair has been declined.
