Excellent customer service. I had a fault with my BMW Z4, flat battery, dead on the driveway. Included in my policy is AA breakdown. They came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty electronic water pump. The car was recovered to a garage of my choice and the vehicle was repaired with very little cost to us ( I think we had to pay for coolant) All in ll I would be happy to recommend there service.
