Sopie Eland listened to how much I wanted to spend and between us tailored a package to suit. I was happy to reduce the hourly labour rate and single claim limit, but wanted to ensure all major components were included. Very happy with the process! Hope I never have to test the claims side but if it matches the sales process all will be good.
