Warranty wise we're courteous, understanding and offered me far more coverage than BMW. I especially like their transparency over costs incurred throughout the year. They didn't push unnecessary charges and add one and fully explained every step of what was going on. There were a number of ways to pay to make things as easy as possible. Excellent service.
