Once contact was made had a pleasant interaction with Warranty Wise. Quick, clear instructions on how to claim. Easy to upload information and get authorisation to carry out any work needed. Lovely lady called few days after claim to ensure I was happy with service provided and to make sure all ok. Highly recommend using them. So glad I went for the gold package for 12 months.
